Product Introduction

The spring cone crusher is a traditional medium and fine crushing machine equipped with a spring safety device, well-known for its sturdy structure and reliable operation. Driven by a motor, the horizontal shaft rotates, and the bevel gear transmission drives the moving cone assembly to perform gyratory motion to realize extrusion crushing of materials.

Its core advantage lies in the spring overload protection system. When uncrushable foreign matter enters the crushing cavity, the springs compress to widen the discharge opening. After the foreign matter is discharged, the springs automatically reset, effectively protecting the main machine from damage.

The machine adopts a dry oil sealing system, which prevents dust from entering lubrication parts and ensures long-term stable operation. Specially suitable for processing medium and high-hardness materials, the spring cone crusher features strong crushing force, high throughput and low maintenance cost, serving as an economical and practical crushing solution for mining and stone processing industries.

When the spring cone crusher is in operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear and large bevel gear. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the axis of the crushing cone performs gyratory swing motion. This makes the surface of the mantle alternately approach and separate from the concave surface. Inside the annular crushing cavity formed by the fixed cone and moving cone, materials are continuously subjected to impact, extrusion and bending force to complete crushing. After repeated extrusion, impact and bending, materials are crushed down to the required particle size and discharged from the bottom of the machine.
