Impact Sand Making Machine

The impact sand making machine, also known as the hydraulic opening sand making machine, is upgraded on the basis of our star river pebble sand making machine. Traditional sand making machines are not equipped with a hydraulic assist system, requiring two to three workers one to two hours to disassemble the rear cover.

The newly upgraded hydraulic opening design completely solves this problem. The rear cover can be opened with one key. For models with an output below 100 tons per hour, the cover can be fully opened within one minute.

The quick opening structure greatly simplifies the replacement of hammerheads, side liners and top liners, and enables rapid troubleshooting and clearing of material blockages.

Working Principle of Impact Sand Making Machine

While the machine is running, the rotor spins at high speed driven by the electric motor. When materials enter the striking area of the plate hammers, they are crushed upon impact with the plate hammers mounted on the rotor. Subsequently, the materials are hurled toward the impact frame for secondary crushing, then rebound off the impact liners back into the plate hammer working zone to be crushed once again.
This crushing cycle repeats continuously. Materials are gradually reduced in size as they pass through the primary, secondary and tertiary crushing chambers for repeated comminution. Once the materials are crushed down to the required particle size, they are discharged through the outlet.
By adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor, the discharge particle size and granular shape of finished materials can be flexibly modified.
